One Day Tour Senaru Rim

Registration at the Gunung Rinjani National Park office should be arranged a day before starting program.

Our climbing tour begins at 12 am From The Hotel You Will stay in the cool morning (mid-night), the trek will start from Jebag Gawah we reach the gate of the tropical rain forest the Office entrance gate of National Park Of Rinjani then we continue our trek through the jungle walk in the humid temperatures. 

Along the way up we will see and find many big trees sound of the animal monkey black/brown monkey can be seen and heard, three hours approximately we walked then we will reach and find post 2 (1,500m) it is well known as post Montong Satas where we can do break and lay down to recover our energy while waiting for our guide and porters to prepare hot drinks, crackers and fresh fruit.

 We are still in the middle of the tropical rain forest, to get to post 3 we need time approximately 1 hour. Break here then next we will continue to Senaru rim (2,641m) first 25 minutes we pass the Mondokan Lokak then out of the tropical rain forest so we walk on the Savannah on the hills with open views then the trail quite steep but the beautiful scenery of the 40% over Senaru village.

Taking a break at Cemara Lima and then we go further to Senaru Crater Rim (2,641m) for about half an hour to get there, the trail is rocky and quite steep up, and you will find great moments of your life from Senaru Rim views:

  • Spectacular views over the 3 Gilis and mountain Agung in Bali
  • Sunrise from next to the valley of Mt. Sangka Reyang
  • Smoke throughout hole of Gunung Baru in the middle of Segara Anak lake
  • The Peak of Rinjani mountain 3.726m

 After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise, and taking the picture with beautiful scenery of the lake we will go down to Senaru village for 4-5 hours back down and including break and lunch on the way between pos 2 or pos extra, then we will arrive at Senaru Rinjani National Park Office around 12.30 then our private car will take you to your next destination as ( Gilis island, Senggigi, Mataram or Lombok international airport)
